A Day on My Plate

My week post of vacy, is looking clean! Nourishment is going to real and fresh


Fresh summer fruit, and squeezed orange juice ( I only juice the real deal when it comes to juice, never concentrate!) today I added ginger to the orange juice.

f/ bananna, watermelon, grapes, apple, peach, orange juice



2. Lemon alkalising water

Tofu greek salad no cheese

f/Tofu, cos lettuce, olives, tomato, cucumber, local herbs


3. Favourite restaurant in my hood! Malaparte, this italian homely kitchen prides itself of charm, delish local produce and tiramisu! ( not this week!)

f/ oven baked sea bass, fennel, artichoke, radicchio, parsley, salt & pepper
