Blend It Up

The morning smoothie that never disappoints! This is one of my personal favourite recipes.

  • 1 whole grapefruit
  • 1 date
  • ½ cucumber
  • handful of spinach
  • cinnamon sprinkle
  • 1 teaspoon fibre powder
  • ½ cup Almond Milk ( or coconut milk)
  • Squeeze of lime
  • ¼-1/2 avocado

Blend thoroughly! Once blended add a handful of ice and blend again before serving. This recipe will have you forgetting about food until lunch comes around. Full of nutrition, fibre and all the things you need to get you through a busy morning!
