Minerals for the skin

Skin conditions are translated regularly to our eating habits, as of course it is merely an organ to secrete toxins. That being said when I really focused on what I was putting into my mouth, ie adopting a strong alkalizing diet, my skin was one of the first organs to glow with thank you.

Haven’t you had a ‘ day after’ a heavy night out that you have noticed your skin simply looking dull. Wine, sugar and acidic living can all be expressed through the skin.

Sure there are products that will plump up your skin, but why not try to get to the root of the problem.

Put some sulphur in your diet.

This mineral is found in green dark leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, swiss chard and broccoli) and it is critically important to supporting the liver with its filtration.

Sulphur – purifies the blood as it rids it of waste and acidities, while at the same time doses the skin up with elasticity and sparkle

Sulphur is in my daily vitamin, and with plant based eating this is appropriate for me while I’m not traveling or run down.  When my lifestyle changes to ‘ busy bee’ or ‘ overload’ I add additional sulphur to my days, by using the Rainbow lights formula ( found at any good health food store)
