My skincare routine is one I am highly invested in, and try to go natural when and where possible. Living in different climates, it’s clear my skin has different needs at different times of year. Especially for the colder, dryer months I use a combination of oils in the evening. This could also be considered if you naturally have dryer or sensitive skin. I started this remedy when I was just 16 years old, and haven’t changed since. This involves both internal and external skin care remedies. If you end up giving these tricks a go, I would love to hear any results!

For Your Face:

  • 2 Drops of Rosehip Oil
  • 2 Drops of Argan Oil
  • 2 Drops of Jojoba Oil

To Consume Daily:

  • 2 Fish Oil Tablets
  • 2 Vitamin D Tablets
  • 2 Evening Primrose Oil

I know my skin really well, so personally I don’t put the oils on my chin area, as it is quite hormonal. Instead,  I use Skinceuticals calming solution. It’s green complexion may surprise you, but don’t be discouraged. Merely two drops and I see a world of improvement in any hormonal areas.
