There’s really not much to write about working individually; it´s for one a much quieter experience, simple, and straightforward.
- You can work in your own pace not depending on someone else. You can decide what to do when.
- Not that I get bored easily, but working alone although maybe self-explanatory, you might get stuck on ideas more than you would working with a group. Brainstorming is a great exercise
Working in a team
If you like singing survivor by eye of the tiger like me you’ll know that it’s a song you need more than one person to sing with. I mean who can hit those intervals all-alone. Teamwork solves that problem.
Normally the word team is associated with sports but everyone can be one. Two heads are better than one because one of the main benefits team environments is the ability to share ideas among the group. The team can also be helpful to increase the work efficiency. Imagine not being able to group chat your friends?
In my group chat my friends tackle problems as if they were CIA operatives.
Sometimes one person’s knowledge and abilities are limited, it could be hard for us to deal with difficult problems without others’ help.
