Alex Kate Knight’s method selfMADE is a total-body conditioning and sculpting training system that is focused on elongating and strengthening the body by applying a mixture of pilates, yoga, with aerobic movement.

By combining these conditioning principles and incorporating the use bands, slide discs, weights and specialized pilates tools, selfMADE cohesively activates the intrinsic muscle groups to lengthen and tone, while also improving cardiovascular endurance and postural stability.

SelfMADE is dedicated to applying a holistic approach to fitness that is results-driven, yet is a sustainable fitness lifestyle.  It has been the foundation for Alex’s athletic success and her international modelling career for the past 10 years.
